Application

Rotate nozzle to foam or to spray.
Spray 6-8 inches from the surface and allow the Mildew Remover to penetrate mold and mildew.
Let the Mildew Remover stand on surface for several minutes before wiping.
Wipe with a wet sponge or cloth and rinse with water.

Precautions

Test the mildew remover on an incospicuous area.
Never mix mildew remover with other cleaning products as hazardous gases may result.

Handling

No special handling is required.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Prevent entry into waterways/sewers.

Storage

Protect from freezing.
Keep out of reach of children.
Keep in a closed plastic container.
Store in a cool well ventilated area.
Store away from oxidizing materials in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation.
Keep away from heat and open flames.
Wash up with soap and water before eating, drinking, smoking or using toilet facilities.
Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
Keep containers tightly closed when not dispensing product.
Containers of this material may be hazardous when emptied, since emptied containers retain product residues (vapor, liquid, and/or solid).
Vent containers frequently, and more often in warm temperatures, to relieve pressure.
Do not use pressure to empty the containers.
Containers and equipment must be bonded and grounded when pouring or transferring this material to prevent accumulation of static charge.
Use only non-sparking tools.
Do not cut, grind, weld, or drill on or near the container.

Disposal

Dispose of used or unused product, and empty containers in accordance with the local, State, Provincial, and Federal regulations.
Never dispose of used product into lakes, streams, and open bodies of water or storm drains.
Containers must be leak-proof and properly labeled.
Dispose of in a facility approved under RCRA regulations for hazardous waste.

Spill or leak procedures

Evacuate area.
Identify source of leak or spill and contain with sand, earth, or containment bin.
Then proceed to clean up spill or leak.
Wear approved respirator during cleanup.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not rub eyes with hands during cleanup.
No special precautions for dermal contact are needed.
Small spills may be mopped up, flushed away with water or absorbed on absorbent material and incinerated.
Soak up with a noncombustible absorbent and place in drum for disposal.
Flush area with water to remove trace residue.
Large spills should be contained; the material then moved into containers and disposed of by approved methods by checking with state and local authorities.
Recover all usable material.
Residual may be removed by wipe or wet mop.
Rinse area with plenty of water and mop to sanitary sewer.
Absorb or cover with dry earth, sand or other non-combustible material and transfer to containers.
Review federal, provincial and local government requirements prior to disposal.
Flush area with water to remove trace residue; dispose of flush solutions in drums.
Empty containers can have residues, gases or mists and are subject to proper waste disposal.
Contact local municipal, state, or federal agencies to ensure compliance of disposal method with current regulations.
